Irving Scholar Program Expands to Provide New Awards

January 1, 2018

The Irving Scholars program was launched in 1987 by Herbert and Florence Irving to recongize the importance of training young clinical investigators. The Irving family estate recently provided the Irving Institute with an incredible and generous gift allowing us to add two more Irving Scholars to our prestigious 25-year-old program. We will now select six Irving Scholars awards per year, with two awards dedicated entirely to clinical and translational research in cancer.
