Guide for Creating Research Recruitment Flyers

Health Equity Graphic- Increased Participants Recruitment, Increased diversity in research, sustained trust building and meaningful community engagement

Study flyers are indispensable outreach tools for participant recruitment. The quality of the research flyer in terms of content clarity and appearance can make a difference in whether volunteers decide to participate. This guide reviews essential components for creating easy-to understand study flyers.

Best Practices: Before you submit your grant, use these language guides. Make sure the community facing messaging is acceptable and considerate to the local audience, and both culturally and literacy appropriate. The language written into the grant application is the same language you must use in the flyers. Translations of the flyer must be specific to the grant as well.
