Overview

Criteria2Query is an open-source cohort identification interface developed by Dr. Chunhua Weng’s lab. The application, which is available on github,  uses natural language processing to parse free-text inclusion/exclusion criteria and produce a structured cohort definition query that can be executed against an Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model (CDM) database.

Criteria2Query is accessible to anyone on the web.
